      Coche XL Special Needs Pushchair Features

      Catering to the needs of older children, the Coche XL special needs stroller boasts a robust yet lightweight aluminum frame. Notably adaptable, the Coche XL serves as a special needs pushchair, accommodating growth up to a body weight of 110 lbs.       Larger Size

      Children with special needs often need a stroller whether they are small or older. The larger-than-average size of the Coche XL Pushchair means this stroller can comfortably accommodate a child up to 48″ in height. The extra wide seat and taller back rest will support your child through the years and its sturdy design will take a higher weight limit – up to 110 lbs.

      Adjustable Footplate

      The adjustable footplate on the Coche XL Pushchair can be moved up or down according to the leg length of your child to provide support and comfort and stop feet from dragging on the floor. The footplate has the choice of 3 fixed position and can be removed and changed easily. The footplate must be removed to fold the stroller. 

      Compact, Lightweight & Transportable

      The robust but lightweight aluminium frame of the Coche XL Pushchair makes this an ideal everyday stroller. Its lightweight nature and larger wheels makes it less work to push and the easy fold umbrella system ensures that the stroller can fold down into a compact size for transportation and storage. With this in mind, the Coche XL Pushchair is far easier to handle than more bulky strollers.

      Comfort & Safety

      The soft seat upholstery is easy to clean and additional batting on the cushioning makes the stroller extra comfortable for your child. The seat fabric wraps over the side of the stroller, both padding the metal frame and also covering the gap in the frame which some children like to put their hands through. The 5-point adjustable harness keeps children restrained and secure, giving you confidence that they are safe when out and about, with 3 positions to move up and down according to the height of your child. Dual rear wheel brakes offer an extra level of safety when parking the stroller.

      Wide Crotch Pad

      1. Does Capitalkidz accept payments from insurance companies/Medicaid?
        Because CapitalKidz is a baby gear company (not a medical equipment provider), sadly we are unable to accept direct payments from insurance companies. However, because the Coche XL Special Needs Stroller is classified as Durable Medical Equipment (DME), it may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider for information on coverage and the necessary steps for reimbursement.

      2. Will my child fit in the Coche XL Stroller?
        The Coche XL is most comfortable for children up to 48″ tall but can accommodate a child a few inches taller. For maximum comfort and support, we recommend that you review the Measurement Chart to ensure the best fit for your child.

      3. What if my child doesn’t fit? Can the Coche XL be returned?
        Yes, of course! You may return the Coche XL if the stroller has not been used outdoors and is returned in its original packaging with all components included. Please contact us before initiating a return and we will guide you through the returns process.

      4. What is the maximum weight capacity for the Coche XL?
        The Coche XL has a maximum weight capacity of 110 lbs. Please note that your child may outgrow the stroller in terms of their height before reaching the stroller’s weight limit.
