Featuring a PID control, external 2L glass water reservoir, and an expansion valve adjustment knob, you can explore the possibilities of every coffee while leaving room on your counter for everything else. This machine is for those seeking a designer machine, and truly excellent espresso — nothing else. The Puristika excludes a steam wand, leaving more room for things that matter to a shot of espresso such as a built-in PID, pressure gauge, and adjustable expansion valve knob. Like all machines by ECM, every detail is deliberately crafted. From the anthracite housing to the midnight blue gauges, and the stunning glass water reservoir, the Puristika is more than a solid espresso machine — it’s a designer piece. The E61 group head, PID, and expansion valve adjustment knob give more control to the barista and more versatility to espresso.

      Use & Care

      For full details on getting started and maintaining your machine, we recommend reading the user manual. 

      Portafilter, filters, water tank and drip tray require daily cleaning. Clean with water and / or with a food safe detergent. 

      We recommend descaling your machine every 3 months depending on water hardness. It is recommended to use the ECM Descaler. 

      We recommend carrying out the brew group cleaning every 150 cups with ECM brew group cleaner.
