Care Instructions: Freezer compatible. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items. For best results, use Le Creuset Silicone Tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools, and avoid harsh scraping with metal utensils. Use on the appropriately sized hob ring to ensure even cooking and avoid damage, especially on induction hobs. Cook on medium or low heat for optimal results, gradually heating for even cooking. When cleaning, allow the product to cool, wipe off any leftovers, and soak if needed before washing with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. Dishwasher-safe casserole bodies with cast iron and phenolic handles may lose some enamel finish with constant use. Hand-wash lids with special knobs (gold, iridescent, copper, or black nickel) to maintain their finish.
